Positive: great location and good trash pickup service!
Negative: where do i begin!! their staff is HORRIBLE and EXTREMELY rude. My AC broke a month after I moved in and they didn't fix it for a couple of weeks..and ONLY after I called them EVERY day, yelling at them. and despite the fact that my AC wasn't working, my electric bill came upto $200!! Their excuse: it's summer.
well, understandable if the AC had been working.
They are NOT helpful.
The garage is dirty and floods when it rains. so watch out for that.
The garbage room stinks up the stairwell..and the stairwell itself is very dirty. Once there were flies (these HUGE blue flies) by the mail boxes for a few days.
the carpet inside the apts (the hallway) smells and is very dirty.
In short, seriously, don't even THINK about living here. it's really that bad. i lived here for a year and i'm really glad that my lease is up. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
