The complex is deteoriating with broken water pipes, & recent fires in 01/07 & 03/07. The property is not maintained well since the owners will NOT spend the money needed. The garage area leaks water every time it rains; management sells the idea that the property is secure with night security-security does NOT exist (they will not spend the money), the front gates are constantly broken, the center rear entrance was vandalized and broken into in 04/07, the common area AC does not always work. The property most likely will be torn down sooner than later for the location and land value for new construction-this is why the owner does not spend the money on necessary maintenance and/or improvements. Can hear people living above and next to you. Questionable tenants live in the building; in the area I lived in, 5 illegal aliens lived in a one bdrm, and 4 illegal aliens lived in another one bdrm on the other side-no credit checks are done to screen applicants (checked my credit report for tenant inquiry-NONE). First floor units stay cold in the winter since underground parking is beneath; excessively high fees for water, sewer and trash fees-they charge each unit for these ulities monthly so beware.
