The truth is.......There is NOT a "PERFECT" apartment complex on the face of this EARTH.....So, know matter where you live, there will definitely be issues of some sort! Please allow me to speak the truth .

Staff - PAM - Is the "BEST" apartment manager I have "EVER" come across and probably one of the nicest ladies I know. She is very fair and realistic.....Know matter the issue she is willing to do what she can, for her tenants, as well as the property. I have lived at Avalon square for almost three years now and as a single female I have very minimal complaints. I do know that Pam and David have been very professional and joy to deal with.....It's the truth.

As a whole, the apartment complex has some issues, but which one doesn't' I think the new management company is doing a great job with renovations and I am excited to see what's to come.

I can't speak on the noise level because that is not an issue for me.....Never had any complaints from any of my neighbors and thus far....Everyone seems to be descent working professionals.

I love it here and plan to stay here until I get married. It's a SAFE place and most of all, the staff is and has been professional......The Truth!

you do not know what you talking about or may be you are the manager. you do not speak the truth when you said this place is a good place to live is because you like to spend your money in dirty place like Avalon Square
