HELL EQUALS BALBOA From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/13/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   This is the worse place ever. We moved in last August and have been treated like crap ever since. First of all, our apartment has been at least 82 degrees. We have constantly called and requested maintaince, but nothing has been done about it. Management needs a total attitude adjustment and it wouldn't hurt to have a total total makeover too. They are rude and would rather treat renters like crap. There is blood always in the hallways, and the cops might as well call this home because they are always at Balboa. Watch out too, because they will tow your car just for the fun of it, not because of any reason...just because the management has nothing better to do. Bugs are a huge problem and they are found everywhere. Stay far away. It's the worst. I promise. If you have kids, stay very far. It's not safe. Go somewhere else, trust me it will be better that way
