the worts plce ever and you can smell marjuana throughout the aparpment complex and ther hallways smell like trash and piss and are contanly being vandilized.
p.s. you get the luxury of having ahouse that floods and a prison workout room

Reading the review from 2007....Perverts sniffing panties in the Laundry room......who would want to live there? Seems like not much has changed from 2007 except a gallon of paint!.....how come the Police in the area don't do something? They have to be getting money from the complex or money from ticket writing...anyway you look at it the condition of the building and the element of residents will generate revenue for the courts in Nassau Bay. That's a bold statement but it does give something to think about. It IS a small police station.
