pros: very spacious, great maintenance team always willing to help, cheap rent

cons: management is rude, water is cut off often without warning and is sometimes brown when you turn it on, loud noisy neighbors that are outside making noise at all hours, the covered parking looks horrendous and bangs every time the wind blows, laundry is a joke, go to a washateria!

My husband and I kept to ourselves and had no problems with crime. We loved the inside of the apartment but hated the outside atmosphere. The apartment is a good deal for the rent that you pay. We decided to move because we found something nicer but I don't regret living there.
