Barcelona Apartments

No From: ltabnfs2 Date posted: 3/21/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I am about to move out after two years at these apartments. After about the first two months I am still not sure what happened but my entire bathroom, dining room and closet was flooded. They brought someone in right away to take the water out but too over a month to fix the apartment. I moved some of my stuff to an empty apartment next door because I thought they would fix it soon. It was a hassle but I was trying to be patient...until I saw they fixed the apartment upstairs that was empty in order to rent it out before they fixed mine. I have water coming in and stinking up my carpet in my bedroom. I have told them about it twice and once they came in to take the water out of the carpet but never fix the problem. I notice that water is beginning to leak in my bathroom ceiling. I have had such horrible maintenance experience my two years hear. Although the new management seems to be a positive move in the right direction I just don't see myself taking another chance.
