	I have been here for little over a year now and love it. New maintenance guy is great. He is quick to respond and fixed my dishwasher right the first time. Place is quite and neighbors are very nice.

	I have been here for over 6 months. Both my neighbors have lived here for over 5 years. Very quiet place with nice people. I left my car keys in mailbox overnight and someone returned them next day. Thank you.
