I have been a long term residence (seven plus years). Initially, I had enjoyed my stay, however, as the years passed, the level of commitment and excellence by the management has deteriorated tremendously. Manager (Teresa) has been unresponsive to requests and has an I dont care attitude towards tenants. Management has shown total disregard for basic safety and needs of their tenants. For example, parking lights has taken several months for repairs to be done or if it was repaired at all. The complex does provide for gate house personnel to be present daily, and courtesy patrol however the courtesy patrols you will never see. There have been several cars broken into and apartments. All of my complaints have been addressed to management but it seems as if management has turned a deaf ear to these important matters. My advice to everyone out there if you are looking to a place to experience the worst case scenarios as a tenant, this is the place to go and last but not least, if you ever call them to get information about the place, never talk to Teresa, she is rude, unprofessional and lazy as hell all she does is sit in the office and take smoke breaks all day, SHE NEVER GETS ANYTHING DONE.!!
