I'm a woman and lived here for a year with a female roommate. We picked it because it was dirt cheap -- $640 per month for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apt. The day we moved in, we saw why it was so cheap. Construction is awful and the place was falling apart, plus the wiring is bad. We had a roach problem so bad that we had to move in late -- the carpet and cabinets were full of roaches when my roommate first tried to move her things in. Walls were paper thin. Noise was constant as lots of families with 4 kids were squeezed into one and two bedroom apartments. Management were horrible and rude. Safety was nonexistent - my roommate's car got broken into, and the rent-a-cop security guard got drunk and tried to follow her into the apartment one night. She had to call the real police to get him to quit harassing her!!!
