Please do not do this to yourself From: eamarsha@yahoo.com Date posted: 7/7/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Fourth of July weekend, I was 3 days late on rent, I returned from my trip, and I had a notice to vacate when I got back. Please note: This was my first time being late, and I have been here for 7 months. They were rude as hell, and expect me to give them a money order for $665. My bank is out of state, and this is totally unreasonable. I've contacted corporate, she took down my number and no response. Meanwhile late fees are still accruing. They are nice as hell, until you sign the lease, especially Terri and Ingrid, but afterwards, you are on your own. These apartments are infested with roaches. I keep a very clean house, I never have dishes out for longer than an hour. Any open food boxes, like cereal, are kept in the fridge. There is no reason for me to wake up in the middle of the night with a roach crawling on my arm IN MY BED! I challenge anyone to find some appliances older than the ones they have. Impossible! I stopped at the corner store and saw the gate officer there, no uniform, and asked him if he was off. He said, "No", then explained to me that his nephew wanted some trial mix. At 11 p.m.' The mail boxes get broken into, and they don't even notify the residents. I only knew becuse I walked upon the mess. When I told the staff, she starting acting like I was bothering her. The pool is closed every other day. The parking lot is a JOKE!. Maintenance throws nails from the fence on the parking lot causing lots of people to get flat tires. It's a mess guys, emal me, and I'd be glad to give you a call and tell you 50 more reasons why you should save you time and money and sanity.
