We have been living here for almost 2 years now. I would say this apartment is OK in general. The rent is very reasonable. We renewed our lease 3 times and they have never raised our rent and they give us discount every time. We never have problem with the interior or roach problem. The property manager, Teresa, is nice. The staff, they are nice and friendly most of the time and sometime they could be a bit rude and have not-so-good attitude. I can never reach any one after business hour for emergency. They don??t even have answering service. You can only leave messages on the machine. It is not the safest place. Our car got broken into once. They do have gate attendants but they only there like once or twice a week. I saw one of them always do such a great job stopping every car that does not have parking sticker and one that just sat there and watch TV with the gate wide open (my visitor told me this, he didn??t even check who going in or out). The pool is always clean and stays open during good weather. Maintenance service is good. Every time I call for something they are always here in good timely manner. They are doing a good job keeping the property clean. I like my neighbors. They are good people and very nice but again I mostly mean ones that live in the same building as I am. Parking is OK for other part of the complex. I live in the front building, by the entrance and it is always full. If I get home after 9pm, I have to park on the other side of the complex and I just wish they could fix the road around the complex. It is so bumpy on the back of the complex and we do have to drive around to get to the exit. The noise is minimal especially at night. We chose this place because it seems to be the best one in the area. It is much better than most of the complex around here. It used to be even better. We are relocating, so we will be moving out at the end of our contract. It was not a bad experience for us. If you want to live in this particular area, this is not a bad choice. You are not 100% safe anywhere. No place is perfect.
