From Bad To Worse From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/17/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   To sum it all up in one catch-phrase; this place severely BLOWS. They roll out the red carpet and bend over backwards for the illegal immigrants and Katrina refugees; but they could care less about those of us who actually pay the rent on time. After moving in two years ago, it took them FIVE times to finally get our A/C working properly. We still have to run fans in certain rooms to keep a decent amount of cool ventilation about the place (thank you higher electric bill!). We've issued four work orders in as many weeks for a broken dishwasher, leaking toliet, a broken mailbox lock, and a dry-rotted toliet lid. Nothing but crying and excuses; no work done at all. The staff puts on a good face, but underneath its all lip-service and double-speak. They care more about re-striping the parking lot than fixing the needs of paying customers. Once our lease is up and our vehilces are paid off, we're leaving ASAP. DO NOT MOVE HERE; repeat, DO NOT MOVE HERE! g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
