From: silversixx Date posted: 12/13/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Pros: 1. Good Size Apartments 2. Ok on the inside 3. Covered parking Cons: 1. Roaches 2. Management is terrible 3. landscaping is aweful 4. neighbors are shady 5. Outragious electricity bills 6. Too expensive for this quality 7. Mold (I wake up sick alot of the time) 8. Fleas! (and I dont have any pets) 9. Mainetence guys is terrible 10.Horrible build quality 11. Chiller system airconditioning (terrible) 11. I could go on and on... I'm so glad me and my girlfriends jobs are taking off in the right direction; so we can get ourselves out of this dump.
