These apartments are extremely high on electricity. For the tiniest one bedroom I paid an average of $220 a month. My highest bill was $312. And I left the thermostat around 74 deg. when I was home and 80 deg. when I was away. I asked the management to fix the bill and they wouldn't. When I moved in they told me it would be about $80 a month. What a lie! I never paid $80 a month, not even for my first 1/2 month's bill! They bill you for the electricity in the empty apartments as well. Its horrible and as the previous reviewer said - they can charge you what they want and you can't dispute it. Look it up - all the other reviewers are saying as much.
If you ask my advice, instead of spending $450 for an apartment and $220 for electricity (totaling $670), get a better apartment for $600/month somewhere else and spend a much more reasonable and average $70 on electricity - you'll live better, too.
This area is not safe. I could hear our neighbor coughing through our bedroom wall, too. Walls are paper thin. I couldn't imagine living near noisy people - that would have been complete misery. Take it from me - DON'T move here. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
