Bayou Oaks Apartments - Ella Boulevard

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/23/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   My experience could have been better. The apartments are nice, but some of them need work. Noise is a big issue. My neighbors were horrible(with a capital H) Parking is a nightmare. I think they need more lighting and definitely more security. Watch the access gates. My car door was hit really bad. Others complained about that as well. It took them 2 months to fix the gate. Maintenance was really good. They usually came the same day. If youre looking for peace and quiet, then definitely look somewhere else!!!!!
