The apartment i lived in had connections for washer and dryer, but at the time i didn't have one, and when the girl upstairs would wash the water would come down in my storage room and there would always be a big puddle of water and it stunk, i had to constantly call maintenace. The problem was never fixed.
Our first next door neighbor smoked alot! and my apartment smelled like smoke all the time. Then the following neighbors they were teenagers and they abandoned the apartment and left alot of trash behind and thir food spoiled so when you would walk past their apartment it stunk really.... horrible and there were flies everywhere even in my apartment!!! I had to constantly clean, disinfect, and deoderize. Management never did anything about and thank god my lease was up on time. During the weekend I couldn't even park near my apratment becaue there were so many visitors. That really sucked because I became pregnant at the time. One last thing to get your deposit back they almost want to make it impossible for them to return it. Too many kids in the summer that dont't belong there and take over the pool.
