I went here for the tour recently and loved the staff. The manager and the girls in the leasing office were super nice and helpful. But when I went to see the models, I just couldn't do it. The first one I saw is the most awkward layout that you absolutely can do nothing with. The carpet is disgusting gray/navy blue. They could see my dissatisfaction and took me to another unit. EVEN WORSE-- I felt like the apartment was unstable and about to collapse from underneath me. Same carpet and layout still stunk. And you share the doorway with 3 other units. Absolutely no front door space. As nice as the staff was just couldnt compensate for the less than satisfactory units. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

I thank you for your opinion and your praise of our staff. We pride ourselves on providing good customer service. It is unfortunate you did not appreciate some of the unique floorplans we offer at Bayou Oaks, but we also offer several traditional floorplans. While that particular home may have had the gray/blue carpet that you did not like, we have homes that have neutral color carpets. As far as the building being unstable, the City of Houston recently renewed our certification of occupancy - which entailed a complete structural inspection of each and every building on the property. I would love for you to come back out and allow us the opportunity to show you the more traditional floor plans that we have to offer. I would also like to personally invite anyone reading this post to come out and view both our progressive and traditional floor plans.
