I'm Going To Start off With The Bad Things About The Place. 1) Parking Is Very Limited Depending On Where You're Located. 2) It Is Kind Of A Old Apartment Complex And I Stay On The 3rd Floor And Things Are Kind Of Unstable But Definetly Livable. 3) For The Kids There's Not Alot For Them To Do No Much Room For Anything Like Riding Bikes Or Anything (They Should Take The Volley ball Net Down And Put A Little Park Or Something

Now For The Goods

1) It's A Nice Place For A Family Very Quite And Laid Back. 2) Staff And Maintnence Is Great. 3) The Location Is Very Good You Don't Have To Go Far To Find Anything you're Looking For. 4) I'm A Single Parent With 1 Child And There's Alot Of Kids For her To Interact With. 5) Huge Balcony To Relax, Have A Family Dinner, etc

And i love Apartment Ratings Bayou Oaks Had The Highest Rank For The Area And Ran With it And I Don't Regret Anything, yet

The location is Ella. There are many apartments on this street that are poorly maintained and have high crime. Is this location one of them? I would like to visit for a tour but I don't want to waste my time.

i've been here since january 15th and i haven't heard anything bad yet. I love my daughter to death and i would never put her in harms way so if this was a bad place honestly i wouldn't be here. i agree with you though ella does have ALOT of apartments that are poorly maintained but this is not one of them. Apartmentratings.com will not steer you the wrong way ella has the highest ranking in the area unless you wanna pay like 900 a month for a 200 sq ft 2 bed 1 bath lol. I hope you find a place for you.
