these wall are so thin i can here everyone and their mom's business...as i am type right now there is a group of people in front of my door that is holding conversation. this apartment is a gated community but it is always open one night i came into the apartment around 2am and both sides of the gates were open. then they why we complain to management about cars getting break into. and please do not get me start with the roaches...we had our apartment spread a couple of time but they always come back. I TRULY HATED IT HERE AND I CAN NOT WAIT TO MOVE!!!

Thank you for taking the time to let us know how you feel. I can understand how noise can be unnerving, like hearing your neighbors, however I can assure you that our walls are solid. Sometimes, a loud neighbor can make it seem otherwise and as we all know, there are some people who are simply loud by nature. Yes we are a gated community and to make it easier for prospects, delivery drivers, and vendors we leave our gates open during normal business hours. We close our gates in the evenings when the office closes. As the gates are mechanical there is the possibility that they may become disabled, usually through interference with operation. When this occurs, the gates are repaired as quickly as possible. As a courtesy to our residents we offer weekly pest control. We believe that resident satisfaction is tantamount to success and as such have an open door policy so that our residents can come in and let us know how they feel.
