The management is nicety. They are in between nice and nasty. They are nice when you 1st move in. Then they bend you over and get you with no vaseline. First the apartments bill you for gas. I don't understand how you pay a gas bill and there is no water hearter in your apartment. Furthermore, if you don't pay the gas bill you will get an eviction notice the next month. The complex will not take your rent the next month if you don't pay the gas and water bill which can range from 6 - 40 dollars a month.DId I mention a late charge and eviction notice that will be attached to your door when you get home. Secondly, there is dog crap everytime you step off of the sidewalk. The store and cleaners in the complex is very expensive. Maintenance is a joke too. It usually takes about a week for maintenance to get to you. Good luck calling them. They never answer the phone. However, when they have no problem leaving you a rude notice on your door.

if ever again they attempt to evict you get you mother or a woman posing as your mother to tell the idiot manager how good a person you are and you will not have to worry about being evicted ever again! Trust me I have seen this in action

It is true about the eviction thing. I was late this feb b/c i forgot about the short month and i was greeted with the eviction notice, and i was like 3 days late. Then i got charged alot. That is a negative if you move here. Dont be late on your rent if you choose to move here.
