Money Scams From: scaknupp Date posted: 4/25/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006 1 response   I applied for an apartment at Bayou Park in October of 2005. Some things fell through and they said that they would tear up my $200 check that I used to reserve an apartment. Well, in the first week of March 2006, they decided to cash it, 5 months later. It is the end of April and I still have not received a refund. I often call and they give me excuse after excuse about why I have not received it yet. I'm sure they don't give their tennants this kind of leway when it comes to rent money being due!!!
