When we were first moving into these apartment, we checked this web site to read any complaints people might of had. Some were good, some bad, some terrible, some great..so we decided to give it a chance. Let me just say that was a dumb move. The management team here is lazy, un-organized and overall crappy. The apt above us had a toilet problem and all of their urine and yes, their crap was in out apt. It came through the vents, outlets, floors...you name it. It has now been 25 days since the "inncident" (which by the way, the head manager, Ally told us told-took no priority over any other problem they were having, even though we had to live in the nasty bacteria and stinch since no maintanence came out to fix this). So now 25 days later, after 13 calls to the office, 3office visits begging for them to do something, 6 calls to the coporate office we still have no padding under our carpet, no action has been taken to antibacteralize, all the doors in our room and restroom are hanging on the hinges because of water damages....oh and to top it off our son got staff infection from the bacteria we had to live in. My husband and I are not fault finders and tried our hardest to give the office the benefit of the doubt..However, they are careless and lazy. Please do not move here, as I have not met one neighbor we've had here who has been satisfied.

I guess you were not smart enough to catch that the only positive reviews for Bayou Park are written by its management and staff who pretend with aliases to lure dummies who refuse to think about what they read. The will generally start off by acknowledging a problem and then go into glowing reviews, possibly recommend you move to a luxury apartment if you don't want to deal with minor issues of older apartments, and/or sing the praises of the complex/staff. Get a clue people. NO ONE POSTS A POSITIVE RATING FOR THIS PLACE IF THEY ACTUALLY LIVED HERE AND ONLY POSTS A POSITIVE RATING FOR THIS PLACE IF THEY ACTUALLY WORK HERE AND MUST KEEP THE PLACE FILLED TO SAVE THEIR JOB.
