Easy resolution to problems like this keep records of everything. Anything a complex give me to sign anything i pay anything involving paperwork or money i get a copy of it after i have signed it or paid it. That way when it comes to who said what you have written proof.

First off, I'm sure there is legitiment reasonings behind all of the charges. If you would like and explanation for the charges, feel free give me a call at 713.861.9005 and I will be happy to look it up and go over all of it with you.
I'm sorry that you feel that the leasing staff is unprofessional, if i had a better understanding of what the main reason for the remark is i could possibly fix the problem.
The leasing staff has been trained to deal with resident issues to the highest standards so if there is a problem with the way we are handling the issues I would like to know.
During office hours Monday-Friday there is always someone here to take your call. After hours you would get an answering service. If you have a maintenance emergency after hours the answering service will call our 24hr. on call maintenance staff. The Maintenance Technician that is on call will call you back to discuss the issue and will be out there ASAP!

If there is legitimate reasons behind the charges then why havent I received the back up that I requested from Joe the so called leasing Manager...I am sure by now it is somebody else. You seem to change Managers monthly...For anyone that reads this DO NOT RENT here. I have requested several times proof of what I owe and have received NOTHING..I received a call today from a collection agency which was very rude and said I was biding time. I HAVE NO PROBLEM PAYING WHAT I OWE but I do not want to be ripped off by you people. I will be contacting a lawyer. This place needs to be torn down it is disgusting....
