I just recently moved into Bayou Park, and so far I like the place my a/c did stop working my second day there but I called maintenance and it took them less than 10 minutes to get out there and fix it. The gym is well equiped and the people in the community are nice and friendly. The staff is helpful too especially Lindsey.

No actually my name is Jason. I don't see what everyones big ----- about this complex is. Its in a nice place. The staff has been more than helpful when I needed something done. I moved here from gunspoint so maybe I just dont expect as much as you but either way just because I don't share your opinion of the complex doesnt mean that i'm wrong.

agreed, if you moved from Gunspoint then this dump is an upgrade for you...

I lived at Bayou Park and I will never again, nor could I in good conscience recommend this as a place of residence for anyone who requires safety, working appliances, clean water let alone water at all, any customer service, basic maintenance, adherence to housing laws, quite, clean grounds, working washers and dryers, and/or sleep & peace of mind. This is by far the worst apartment complex that I have ever lived in or visited. I wish that I had known about this website before moving into Bayou Park but I didn't. Of course, I would not have considered this place at all had I had an opportunity to read the real reviews here but I am an overwhelmingly intelligent person. Are you smart enough to catch that the only positive reviews for Bayou Park are written by its management and staff who pretend with aliases to lure dummies who refuse to think about what they read. The will generally start off by acknowledging a problem and then go into glowing reviews, possibly recommend you move to a luxury apartment if you don't want to deal with minor issues of older apartments, and/or sing the praises of the complex/staff. Get a clue people. NO ONE POSTS A POSITIVE RATING FOR THIS PLACE IF THEY ACTUALLY LIVED HERE AND ONLY POSTS A POSITIVE RATING FOR THIS PLACE IF THEY ACTUALLY WORK HERE AND MUST KEEP THE PLACE FILLED TO SAVE THEIR JOB. If you are dumb enough to believe any positive review or recommendation for Bayou Park, then you are a resident who deserves to live here, hopefully for the rest of your life.

Teile, nice review but maybe you should give it a month or two before you decide whether you like this place or not. It's only a matter of time before either A) your ceiling falls in B) major appliances cease to function C) car gets broken into D) all of the above. I'm sure there is a full alphabet of other great things that could happen too. I personally experienced A and B. And the best part is, whatever happens, management will do as little as possible to help you with it. I hope not only are you not expecting much, but you'd better be expecting nothing at all from this place. Enjoy your stay!
