I must admit, recent effort has been put into problems such as filling cracks in the cement, brighter outdoor lighting and pool lights! The pool and whirlpool are kept relatively clean but UN heated. Big breaks in the fences, no security guard and broken cameras amplify the security problem. Roof drainage problems are a mess if it rains. I have had to replace my AC filter twice at my own expense and the hot water has gone out 3 times in 6 months. Its not like the model on show, but for location, its not bad.

Yeah, the model I was shown was much worse than the one I got... from big things like flooring and paint down to little things like knobs on the drawers (I never got those, no matter how many requests I put in- always "out of stock.") By the time I saw mine I had already signed my lease- nothing I could do.
I ran out of hot water a lot. I had a really nice patio, but it wasn't worth the rats and mice.
