Doesn't sound any differently between the old and new management. My husband and I lived at Bayou for two yrs. Very happy to be out of there.
We are currently living in apts that were built in the same year and they are BETTER kept and the mgmt are much nicer and don't try to screw you.
It is true, those office people are different AFTER you move in.
Only advantage? Being able to have large dogs around.

I have never lived here, but I did visit and the management was rude at first, scatterbrained, confusing, unprofessional, and seemed to be in such a hurry that my question didn't really get answered. It was enough to convince me not to lease.
