i wish i would have known about this website a long time ago i would have posted this thought. we moved in to beamer place and lived there for 2 years, without any real "problems" being as it was our first apartment i really didn't understand what alot of things were going to be or how they would be dealt with. i will report the staff seems friendly but let me warn you of this. if you are locked out of your house at night and it's raining and it's 20 degrees and you have a 18 month old asthmatic baby. DO NOT MOVE HERE! they not only would NOT let me in, but actually had instructed their answering service with are the most horrible people by the way... to not call them unless it was a fire or breakin. if you do not enjoy having a 300 bill on elctricty due to crappy ac units, DO NOT LIVE HERE, or worse if you do not enjoy waiting 3-4 days with no a/c when it breaks DO NOT LIVE HERE. and finally the very worst! RATS! RATS! RATS! NOW, if you enjoy having huge familes of humongous rats in your apartment and in your pantry eating your food and them just putting out the poison and letting them die in the walls. thne do live here!. also... i broke my lease and i got the hell out of there. i live wit the clean and air conditioned humans now! and it's much more pleasant with 24 hour maintance and cheaper electric bills!!! am happier every day since i left.
