this complex is so bad

I WOULD LIKE EVERYONE TO KNOW THAT THIS PROPERTY HAS GONE TO HE-- PEOPLE GET ROBBED AT GUN POINT, SHOT, RAPED, BEAT AND CAR JACK. THE MANAGER WILL DO NOTHING ABOUT IT AND IT IS SO BAD I WANT TO MOVE. ALSO SEE THE RESIDENTS GIVEING HEAD OUT IN THE PARKING LOT THE SECURITY GAURD DOESNT DO ANYTHING AND CLAIMS THAT SHE IS TAKEN CARE OF THE PROPERTY.
