the first problem i had here was that when i specifically told them i wanted a first floor apt. they said oh yes we have plenty of them. when i moved in, the door was on the first floor but as soon as you walk in, there are stairs leading up the actual apt. i didnt call or complain becaused the apts were new and i liked the way they looked. the next problem i had was a neighbor under me who was always complaining that i was always home (i dont know how this was his business/and how did he know i was always home if he wasnt always home''), that was really a complaint i got from management. everytime i left, he i could see him looking at me out of the miniblinds. my last problem was after i moved out i received a bill saying they were keeping my deposit because they saw a dog there. there was a dog there for one night because my mom (who also lived there) had a disguisting plumbing emergency where the buildings sewage backed up into her bathtub. the maintenance cleaned it up with extremely strong chemicals, so therefore she needed to stay at my apt for one night with her chihuahua. i am still dealing with that. I would NOT recommend anyone to move here due to the management.

I think this person is full of it, because if you look on the web site they show all of the floor plans available. On the floor plans it clearly shows you STAIRS THAT LEAD TO YOUR APARTMENT. If this person had actually done their homework, they would have seen this and requested a different floor plan.
And the complaint of his downstairs neighbor--seriously I don't think they would have complained if the guy was just home, there must have been something he was doing to make the neighbors upset.
Ok there's my two cents.

Thanks for the heads up, some managements just want to screw you over anyway they can. And I would have complained about the stairs and the neighboor right away to see if they are helpful or not. You can live hapily for years if the management is good.
But some advice for next time always see the apartment you are getting before you sign. That way there are fewer suprises.
