Don't even look twice. Its surrounded in a beautiful setting on the outside but the agents lie to you to get you to sign on then when you are ready to receive the keys and sign the contract (after you have already packed up and left your former residence) they slam you with other things they "forgot" to tell you about and add up the charges. Then they treat residents like some sort of ------ regime is running the complex. They'll constantly send you warnings about not conforming to their ways yet they show unprofessional work ethics-grab notices out of your hand and refuse to give their corporate office number when you confront them. The parking is horrendous. Its a first come first serve. The police officer living on board is too young to handle situations and drives recklessly in the parking lot. When they feel like entering your home, no notice in advance is provided. They claim to be entering to jot down the same serial numbers off washers/dryers or replacing parts to faulty commodes. (Weird because we have never had problems.) They've had vehicle break-ins even when a police officer lives in complex. THis is not a good place to bring your family. If this is your last resort, make it a short stay.

I read this review when I was looking for an apartmetn for a temporary stay (5-6 months) and thought it was just a "bad apple". After 5 months of the worst apartment experience in my life (and I lived in some dives in my younger days) this review was right on the money. Find some place else to live.
