Price vs Place = NO WAY!!

Place looks nice, but costs WAYYYYYYYY to much for what you get.

Have a few friends that regret moving there.

The rent is high to prevent low income housing people from moving in.

Doesnt work.

Your car, and apt will still get robbed because low income people dont have anything better to do at night.

Plus, place is next to the beltway if you love the romantic sound of cars and pavement all day and night :) ("Noise is a serious problem.")
