I suggest being extremely cautious if you are thinking about moving to this complex. I suggest pulling a crime report as well. When I lived their they had apartments being broken into during the middle of the day. However, I heard a leasing agent tell a future resident that they have no problem with crime. That is a flat out lie, because I lived right next to two of the apartments that were broken into to. Also, if you ever plan on moving out of this complex. Please plan on not getting any of your security deposit back, but you should plan on forking over about $400.00 to the complex. They will take you for all your worth! The management has changed recently and the new management has let the place waste away.

Oh my God I live here I resigned a leaSE WITH THE PROMIWS THAT THE FINE PRINT SAYING I would get a month free however ( the management said Don't worry you won't have to worry about that( the fact that the lease said you are late and the $100. late fee plus the full rent before month free rebate. which will come out to be about $220.00 ) I paid on the 3rd( I forgot and was taking care of my Grandkids for the 4th of JULY 2005) and they have given me an eviction notice!!!! Also they are changing the late date from 3rd to the 2nd!!!! This is something no one should be exposed to less on the Holiday when we should be celebrating the 4th!!! I will see |

I can relate to these apartments being horrible. I would never recomend anyone to live there. The business office closes early now so by the time you get off of work they are closed and you call and the manager seems to always leave early. It took 3 weeks for someone to install my ceiling fan even though I called and ws promised someone would do it. Not.
