My family moved into the Bellmeade after we sold our house and were waiting for our new house to be built.

We moved in right when the management change was starting in early 2005.

Things have gone completley downhill since.

They can't keep anything working here--the gates, the pool, the gym, grills, business center etc.

They are all full of excuses.

The apartments are SO poorly constructed.

Our deadbolt barely fits into the doorframe because the frame is too wide.

A child could kick our door in easily.

Maintenance is the worst.

We have had 1 maintenance request.

After 3 weeks of no one showing up, we called and they said it had been completely that day.

I'm a stay-home-mom and told them I had been home all day, no one had shown up and the problems were still there.

Their response was that they showed it was completed.

My husband ended up making the repairs himself! They FINE for everything--$25 for putting trash out too early or in the wrong place, $100 for late rent, $100 for walking your dog in the wrong place, etc.

The BIG LIE is when they tell you how quiet the place is with the double pane windows and special construction.

I can hear the tollway in our apartment.

Our neighbors dogs upstairs sound like cattle and we can hear them flush, run the shower and slam their cabinets.

We are moving after 4 1/2 months and it has been the worst experience I have ever had in an apartment with the worst management.

They don't return calls or address complaints when made.

BE WARNED, NICE TO LOOK AT BUT HORRIBLE TO LIVE IN!!!
