When I first moved in here earlier this year, it was under older management and I got a decent deal (at the time) with a garage for my car. I'm glad now that I have that garage as I've heard reports of people being robbed, apartments broken into, and cars being vandalized/jacked. The staff went from very nice and friendly to surly and lazy. When I moved in they gave me a piece of ---- microwave, and then when it, predictably, broke I tried to get them to replace it... Never happened. After almost a month of complaining to them I finally just bought my own and walked into the office with their POS microwave and dropped it on the floor for them. I also bought a new fan for my bedroom (the old bedroom fan is a total joke) and put in a request for them to install it. Almost 2 1/2 weeks later I had to walk into the office and DEMAND it be done by that afternoon. My rent is now an extraordinay amount by comparisson to other nicer places like Bellagio down the street. Crime will always be a problem, but when your complex posts a note about how bad it is lately then you probably shouldn't be living here anymore. I plan on moving as soon as my lease is up and saving well over $100 where ever I go...

Do yourself a favor and don't move here. The management has taken this place downhill and for $700-$750/mo it's just not worth it AT ALL. Listen to the other posters on here and avoid it like the plague.

Review is right on target. Our microwave broke too and they told us the apartments weren't suppose to come with them. We asked them if we could throw it away then and they told US to haul it down to the office. Office staff is lazy and only worried about moving bodies into the complex, not about providing a safe, good home for its tennants.
