This has been one of the worst experiences that I have had living in an apartment.
The management is unresponsive to the residents, and will not fixed or repair things at the apartment in a timely manner.
The TVs in the exercise rooms don't work (i.e.
can not change channels or volume).
When it was reported to the management, they said that it was in installed by the previous management and they can not find the paperwork so that can get it fixed.
BS.
They do not have remotes for the gates that will work on both gates.
They will not repair/replace the microwaves that come with the apartment.
Management will modify work orders to show them as completed when nothing was done.
Basically if you have a choice, then don't live here!
