This is one of those times where you don't want to judge a book by it's cover.
Place looks great, shows great, but once you move in...that's it.
The breakfast they boast of is a joke and put up regularly before 9am.
Maintenance is horrible and never show up.
The people who work in the office are clueless and always say they will call you back but they never do.
The bookkeeper can't keep track of anything either.
Are you getting the pictures' When I moved out they tried to charge me over $1000 for carpet that was stained when I moved in and noted on my record.
After multiple calls and them never returning calls, they finally agreed to drop it because they found it in their records that it was previously stained and we agreed not to have it replaced since we would be there for only 6 months.
If you have ANY other choice take it.
I would have rather lived at the rat trap across the street from the Bellmeade.
At least then I would have known what I was getting myself into and wouldn't have felt so ripped off.
