I was broken into two weeks after moving in. I had just signed a year long lease so there was no reletting. Everything went fine until I was a day late on rent. I received an eviction notice. I thought that was unprofessional but whatever, my mistake right. The lease was winding down and since I was looking to buy a house, I didn't think it would hurt to get a 3 month lease extension. Sure enough, my apartment was broken into yet again. The first time, I was cleaned out. The second time, they only got jewelry. Needless to say, I got out of the second lease. At least they didn't make me pay for it. The staff wasn't too bad, but the previous owners in my opinion, were better. Just say no. It's not worth having to worry about your saftey.
