I have had a post about these apartments for several months because I want to warn people who are considering moving here. DON'T!!!

The construction is horrible -- you can hear everything and everyone at all hours of the day and night. The maintenance staff gets things right about half of the time. I'm still waiting for a furnace filter (the right size) that I requested over a month ago (I requested that in person and over the phone four different times). There are other tenants who leave their trash on their balconies for days on end or out in the breezeway areas because they are too lazy to take it the dumpster.

Now, today takes the cake. We have had roaches and silverfish in our apartment since we moved in last August. Today I contacted the management office again. I reminded them that I have had the apartment treated 10 times. And, the manager, Tammy (I think), basically stated that "someone is not living properly in our building for us to have continuing pest control problems." In order to resolve the problem they would have to come out to do an inspection of my unit and the others around me in order to determine where the problem is coming from. SERIOUSLY! I'm the one who has been calling them. If I kept a messy or dirty house, would I keep contacting them'! Honestly, this is the last straw. In addition to the ongoing roach infestation, we now have mice as well. We are moving out at the end of this month and can't wait to have our lives back to normal.

DON'T MOVE HERE! SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND AGGRAVATION!

The new staff are rude, never smile and never respond back to you with an answer. The new property manager "Tammy" is never around or can be reached. It was a nice apartment complex at one point but ever since the new staff "Riverstone" took over, it seems like things have gotten worst with The Bellmeade. There has nothing but GHETTO people are moving in since late March & April, since the new staff took over. It looks like they are letting anyone move in, before, the old staff was very cautious of our security. Now it has gotten worst, Feels like the Ghetto with a high rent to pay. I expected more, but meet the office staff and it will tell you what kind of people they are allowing to move in.
