I moved in mid August and so far all I have received is false advertising. Their "complimentary breakfast" is not offered when they say it is (if they even offer it), it is now Nov. and they still have not fixed it. Their "complimentary laundry" is limited to half a load period!! (which they fail to tell you that). I'm still waiting on my remote/access clicker to get into the gates, which every week they tell me it will be in the next. My phone and cable connections had to be fixed at my charge, even though it was the apartments faulty wiring. I have a leaking tub that gets "fixed" one day and leaking again the next. It never ends!! Strongly suggest to look around - their "amenities" are DECEIVING!!
