There has been a definite improvement since the new staff in the front office has arrived. Nothing is ever perfect. My husband and I have lived here for almost 2 years now and we love it. It's a wonderful apartment to come home to. It makes you forget that you are in an apartment. We had some issues when we first moved here with miscommunications however, they were all taken care of and we were more than compensated for it (not monitarily).

We had a continual problem with noisy neighbors. When we reported this to the old staff they would either ignore our requests or say they didn't hear the noise. This new staff however has taken multiple steps to stop the noise. They are very kind and treat you as a customer should be treated (especially for the rent).

As for the amenities, I don't ever use the continental breakfast or the laundry service. We do use the gym, pool and trash valet and have had no problems with those services. They have been quite wonderful. Yes, the gates get broken a lot but is it really the managements fault that people don't understand the concept of a gate and try to storm through when it's closing. The management does what they can plus we have multiple Policemen that live here. I feel more than safe.

Like I said my husband and I have had our ups and downs with this place as you will any apartment you go to. Overall we've really enjoyed calling The Bellmeade our home!
