PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU WANT TO LIVE!!! I was robbed at gun point right outside of my apartment building. The management said how sorry they were for the incident. I told them that if they kept the gates closed and kept that 24hr security driver we wouldn t have this problem. I was talking with a few neighbors and supposedly there have been a lot of break-ins, but they management has not notified anyone about the incidents. I was told they were going to send out a notification about my incident to the residents, but im not sure if they did. The place has gotten really ghetto don t bother moving in here. Plus there are roaches and silverfish all over the place its really nasty.

Oh my God! I live in this complex and have also had nothing but problems. But, I have never heard of someone being robbed at gun point here. I am only going to be living here for one more week, but now I'm worried about my family's safety on top of everything else. And, no, the management did not notify the other tenants that this incident occurred.

Wow! I am shocked. We are about to move into these apartments in August. I was told by a number of people that this area is very nice. I don't want to move from bad to worst. Maybe I should rethink moving here. Thanks for the heads up.

I have been living here for almost a year as well, since the new management company has taken over it has been horrible! trash everywhere, rude staff! The old maintenance crew was the best, (they have the residents spoilt and they collected trash almost daily, or every other day, and I guess thats why it seems that trash is everywhere) very friendly and efficient! A few of my neighbours have moved out and now some undesirables have moved in! Being single and working late night, safety was my major concern! I was very disturbed when My new neighbours and his friends were on the balcony and trying to "holla" at me just about every night I came home from work and the apt above mine which is a one bedroom seemed to be occupied by 4 women and a young child, where do they sleep? My apt is very nice and compfortable, though I would appreciate if my neighbor upstairs would stop doing laundry at 1am in the morning! Silverfish is a problem! Overall I was very pleased with my apt but now after new management I have concerns. I am nearing the end of my lease, I will not be renewing. P.S I was informed of a robbery incident, a note was left under my door knocker. I am now afraid because i know several single females that jog around the complex and walk to the fitness center in the evening after work!
