DON'T MOVE HERE!!!! From: jen071406 Date posted: 6/30/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 1 response   When me and my husband first moved here in July of 2006 everything was fine. We loved it and never had any problems. Now we are looking forward to moving out in August. Ever since they switched management (it's now Riverstone)on us it has totally gone down hill. The "old" management team was absolutely awesome but now that they are all gone the "new" management has moved in and have so far sucked at their job. The girls in the office are very rude and have no customer skills what so ever. It really frustrates me because they also have cut back the hours that the office is open which is a major inconvience; they open late in the morning and early in the evening, so you can never get ahold of them. They are also trying to up our rent and to tell you the truth it's not even worth living here anymore. Me and my husband have looked into living next door at the Legacy park apartments and they are so much friendly there. Try that one out instead. The Bellmeade is going down hill and it doesn't even seem safe anymore...I'm telling you PLEASE GIVE YOUR MONEY TO ANOTHER APARTMENT COMPLEX!!! SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
