Where do I begin' The property is beautiful, but that is about it.
First, not long after the new managment company took over, they notified me saying I owed a backlog of rent - they could not find my orginal application and lease b/c they lost records during the move.
Second, their "complimentary laundy and breakfast" is a joke!! - the lady that is supposed to provide these complimentarty services is never there to do so.
Third, forget ever trying to contact the office during the day, for those who work, they never answer.
Fourth, the "quality" of people they are allowing to move in, well let's just say they welcome all walks of life regardless what they look like and how disrespectful they are to other tenants.
The building that I live in, people just love to let their dogs deficate on the stairwells and columns.
This managment does not know how to treat people, nor run a business well.
When you see these apartments, just keep driving right by.
Looks are deceiving....

I agree as well, they never answer the phones or return your phone calls. The people that are being allowed to move in are RUDE, DIRTY and DISRESPECTFUL. I do not believe they are doing credit checks or background checks. Ever since the new managment took over, the apartments are losing their value. I love my apartment but RIVERSTONE needs to GO!!!

I too was contacted by the "new" management company requesting that I pay again for deposits and pro-rated rent that they could not find records of. Not my problem. It was worked out and I didn't pay, again.
