1. First of all, this is real nice apartment. new and roomy. Sunlight is able to go through your windows. The space between building is wide open. That is really nice. But a little noisy for the too close to Beltway 8 when you open the window. (My apartment is right next Beltway 8.)
2. Manager is kind of rude. Don't like her at all. But didn't bother too much. I didn't want many things from her. Management team is not quite effective. It happened on my gate remote. It took two weeks to get it. After I get it, the gate is always open. It is not necessary to have the gate remote.
One of my wife friend faced a little big problem when using the gym room. The manager turned the A/C off and lying that A/C was no good.
3. Stolen car, Gun point, Sexual crime to baby girl. I heard happened in the property. Not quite safe and don't walk around by yourself too much.
