I am a current resident and moved in for the reasonable rent and location, but find this complex to be one of the worst I have ever lived in. Parking is adequate, but hard to find late at night, with a poorly lit parking lot. Noise is a serious problem as you can hear your neighbor talking through the walls. One strange thing is that very few apartments have a pantry, forcing you to put groceries in the kitchen cabinets, which are too few also. The maintenance and office staff are totally useless. Maintenance will make excuses for any reapir item; I have requested a repair to my balcony door 3 times and it is still not fixed. The office staff is generally uninterested in helping residents and puts forth no real effort into doing their jobs. There is only a single trash compactor/dumpster on the far side of the community, forcing residents to drive their garbage to it if is not on pick up day (Tuesday and Thursday). The grounds are generally nice and clean, but the garbage compactor smells on the weekends because the staff does not attend to it.

Have you submitted a maintenance request? If they don't fix your door within 48 business hours (6 days) your rent is free until they fix it.
