I have lived at The Bellmeade for 2 years and will be moving in a couple of months when my lease ends. This apartment complex started off great until Riverstone took over. The general manager is very rude and could care less about the safety and concerns of her residents. The gates have been broken for well over 6 months and I get a different excuse every time. The manager had the nerve enough to tell me "the gate is not a security gate, it is only an access gate." I honestly could not believe she said that to me and I am in the process of dealing with upper management on this.
Next, my fiance's car got broken in to 2 days ago and the gate excuse that I mentioned above was actually given to me the day I went in with my police report. The manager said they will send a memo out to all the residents regarding the car incident, like they are suppose to, but they have yet to send out anything. Therefore, the current residents are not aware of an attempted car theft. This apartment complex has nice apartments, but they have no regard for the people who live here. I recommend anyone to please look at your other options before moving here. This complex is unsafe and you will constantly be watching your back when getting out of your car at night. The only parking available at night is in the back and you have a high chance of getting your car broken into when parking there. I understand no place is absolutely 100% safe, but I believe an apartment complex should do their best at keeping their residents as safe as possible. I am very disappointed at The Bellmeade and I cannot wait until my lease ends.

I lived in the Bellmeade when construction was first completed. It was nice and other residents as well. It went downhill when there was a pool party in July the following year. There were naked girls dancing on the bar ot the swimming pool and drinking and furniture in the pool. After that, it was no fun to live there, because they made pool rules and no one was allowed near the pool after 10 pm. its that simple.

i believe you. i have had the same problems someone broke into my car as well the office management dont give a damn about us! im moving asap!
