ive been living in these horrendous apartments for 6 months and i wish i could move yesterday. SOMEONE BROKE INTO MY CAR AND MY FRIENDS CAR, AND THE MANAGEMENT HAD NO REMORSE, SHOWED NO CONCERN AND COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS. the spiders crawling around is the size of a quarter, the silverfish are worse than roaches, there are big tree roaches in the restroom and wash room. My smoke detectors were leaking water and they took 2 weeks to come fix them (fire hazard) and about a week ago there was a dead RAT at my front door. took maintenance days to come and remove it, the management is rude, and unconcerned about the residents, its like living in hell. the access gates have been broken for over 4 months, the parking is horrible. if you can live somewhere else please do so...the bellmeade' too expensive for so much trouble

i hear you and strongly agree your wo cars are just the start of it when the power goes out just look into the lot and watch the # of hoodlums looking into everyones car we had one night not long ago where almost 10 cars wer hit my wifes car a very cheap haundi with no bells and wistles has been hit twice causing over 6k worth of damage and yes the mgnt sucks and they cant tell me they are doing background checks and stuff when i have people moving in and out every other month across from me thats just a sign of not bing able to pay for this place

I agree. I have never experienced a bigger problem with roaches in my enire life than at bellmeade. Downright embarassing.

Most defintely agree! i lived there for 1 and 10 mths...and the only reason I renewed my lease was b/c I had no time to look for another appt...the silverfish promblem is really bad and the tree roaches might as well be rats from the size of them! The new managment that the they have now don't care about there residents needs or issued they just care more about if it's going to cost them money to fix or help...And there too way over priced for the quality of service they give
