we moved in summer of 06 and made the mistake of renewing our lease but believe me i will not be coming back. this place was first billed as a young professional/ quite complex that offered laundry service and several other services to attrack a young growing professional clients. we had several police officers living and patroling the grounds everyday and night with quick response times to anything from noise complaints to serious problems and they put up with no B.S. the poll was clean and great to go to again a young professional crowd so not alot of screaming uncontrolled children, since our move in RESIDENTIAL GROUP took over and down hill we go now we only have two officers living in the complex and when they both work well we have nothing, break ins happen all the time especially when the power go out and its our residents doing it, managment dosnt care!!!, nise is at an all time high from the stomping and bass playning up stairs to the parties next door to they guy that felt the need to honk his horn for 30 minutes last night at mid-night, the clientel has gone so down hill you do not feel safe asking them yourself to quite down and when you call the security gaurd you had better hope one of two things 1- they are actually here 2- they are not sleeping in their car up front(everynight) i am in no way a shrew or too old for noise there is just a limit i should have to put up with for my $1100 a month rent! lets not mention the fact that people have done over 6k worth of damage to my wifes car not once but twice by hitting it in the parking lot and no notes were left.

if that is not enough then the simple fact that the security gates up front have been inoperable for about 4 months in a row now and have only worked maybe @ of the time that that i have lived here

and the insullation is horrible my electricity bill was 260 dollars last month for a 1000 sqft apt there are gaps under the front door and back door and you can here water running from other units all the time

I definitely agree with you. I moved in the bellmeade in '06 too and it definitely went downhill when riverstone took over. I also heard that guy's horn last night too and it was so annoying. I have already posted my horrible comment about the bellmeade and I made the same mistake of renewing my lease last year. I actually called riverstone this year and complained about how rude the manager is & i have yet to see her in the office since. Now, I am moving to a better place where the gates actually work and the management cares. I wish you luck and I hope you find a better place too.

way to get out of here!! we will be buying a house in march so i have some time to spend yet here. that horn last night when i went out to tell them to shut up they cused me out and flashed a gun who wants to live here???????

I agree with you. I also hope my lease end quickly. It is a bad experence for me to living here. I don't like riverstone too. I will never rent an appartment which riverstone group management because I don't want to see rude people. I just wander why riverstone use these kind of people to take care Bellmeade. Why Bellmeade still use riverstone to manage Bellmeade! I hope one day someone talk to a newspaper and let everyone know riverstone and bellmeade. bad management!!!!!!!
