my husband and i were expecting our first child when we moved here...and we got an AMAZING deal to...2/2 for 775$ we came at the right time...im so sad to move out of here...this is where we raised our baby and the ONLY reason we are leaving is to move closer to my husbands job in the med center
i recall seeing 2 roaches in an 11 month period...no leaks, no....anything really...the inside is beautiful and im going to miss it so much....yes i have seen tammy be what everyone considers to be "rude" but to me thats just here personality...blunt and straight forward...how many times do you see here neways...to drop your rent off for 30 seconds once a month'''....is it really worth it...really..''' pay your rent, smile, and get on with the rest of the day..thats all there is to it...
i will just conclude by saying..when i went to move in to this place i saw the ratings and it scared me a little bit...but i wouldnt have made any other decision...it was a great stay and im really gonna miss it

I think that this post is interesting with the scores given: office staff perfect? maintenance perfect? safety perfect? overall rating perfect? C'mon, they are no where near that good. This post is overally positive. This place looks good on the outside but has some serious problems with the buildings and manager.

Just because one person had a "good" experience doesn't disregard the ton of other people who had very bad experiences with this apartment complex. I really think you can find a better apartment complex for less money. There really aren't that many positive reviews for this place but there is a huge amount of negative ones. I lived there for a year and a half and when management switched it got pretty bad. I think great customer service and great management is very important when choosing a place and if I had known the Bellmeade was going to turn the place over to a crappy management staff I would have never moved in to them. I do agree that the people that are moving into the complex are of very questionable nature. I just didn't feel safe walking through the complex at night. I promise you I am telling the truth when I say it was a bad experience living at the Bellmeade.

thats really funny considering im living here at this very particular moment sitting in my living room. im so sorry yalls experience was bad. mine was great...so what...every single person in this apartment complex has a different experience...im just putting my story out there...just because i have had a great stay here DOES NOT mean im lying...if u read my response i stated that i could see how tammy could come off as rude but like i also stated i really dont care about her personality because i only see her once a month...to pay rent...thats it.

I agree with with the first response. It's a desperate attempt at an advertisement. The way I know this is a fake review is there is nobody that is so completely inexperienced in the world as to have low enough expectations to think that the bellmeade is a great place to live. It works out though because it shows just how pitiful the bellmeade staff is to be abusing a rating system like this. It WAS a nice place to live, 2 years ago. But now it's losing a lot decent residents all because of a sorry manager. I just want to make sure people know what they are getting into before they sign a contract with this place. That's all there is to it.

i still would never recommend this complex to anyone! i they really do rip people off! i know someone that has lived their for two years paying the same rent for two years, in the 2nd to largest one bedroom. he was paying $715 a month for 795 sq ft. when he went to ask what the rates would be to resign his lease they told him he wouldhave topay market rent at $830 a month for the same apartment. but i have friend who called the office and asked tammy to email her the prices for all of the floor plans 1,2 and 3 bedroom. and even the largest 2 bedroom didnt cost $830 a month! what is up with that? i hate this place!!!! im so glad im gone!!

i think this place is dirty you guys should see the floors in my building nasty and dirty as can be not to mention that some of my neighbors leave there garbage for days outside their door and iam talking about 4 or 5 bags of garbage i cant wait until my lease is up oh and they raised my rent up!!! and i do agree the people moving in lately are very questionable!
